Q5 Presentation at AMAA Summer Conference

In advance of my talk, I wanted to share a slide that highlights the benefits of customer engagement on the path to performance improvement. As illustrated here, most companies have clients that are non-strategic, unprofitable and otherwise unattractive, but everyone seems to get equal focus in the day-to-day of running a business.

A-Listers, meanwhile, are more strategic, more profitable and offer greater opportunities for both growth and referrals. Engaging with the A List and capitalizing on their insights can accelerate achievement for any strategic plan.
